Divider Sheets are 8-1/2" x 11", 110 lb. white or manila index stock printed with guidelines for fast and accurate placement of the 54500 series medical chart index tabs. Sheets are conveniently ruled for making notes and are 7-hole punched to be used with fasteners in folders or 3-ring binders. Available in White or Manila stock.
